Please read the following information. Placing an order with us confirms that you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

All prices published are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate
Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information onto the system.
Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order

Any items which are pre-ordered or placed on back order will only be charged/debited upon dispatch.

We mail every Monday, Wednesday and Friday except public holidays, and offer standard postal charge costs, and 2/3 working day delivery in the UK mainland only.
Delivered packages will need to be signed for.
All goods are securely packaged and Karavelle Limited assures all mail order customers that your item/s will be dispatched within 3 working days (if in stock) of completion of your order. Due to our wide range of products not all advertised items are kept in stock and we do sometimes sell out, need to re-order or specially order items for our customers. If such is the case we will notify you.
For all UK deliveries a postage and package charge of £5.95 will apply

Whilst we hope that you are always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return items. Simply complete the return form that was included with your order and enclose it with the items and post back to: Karavelle Ltd, Radclive Road, Gawcott MK18 4JB.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund.
Please ensure all items are wrapped securely and we recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep the receipt.
We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item/s.

Online payments are made through Paypal
Payment for all orders is taken at point of sale and not at point of despatch
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and /or edit any materials or content on this website
To be eligible to purchase products on this website and lawfully in enter into and form contracts on this website under English law you must:

Register by providing your real name, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information
Be over 18 years of age
Stipulate a delivery address in the UK. Please note that PO box numbers and hotels are not acceptable
Possess a valid credit or debit card

All model cars and toys contain both plastic and metal small parts that can be deemed as a hazard to small children and are not to be recommended to ages 12 and below without parental supervision.

The construction validity and performance of this contract and all matters pertaining thereto shall be governed in all respects by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts. Where applicable, the uniform law on international sales are hereby excluded.
